Thalakayala Betta (Believed to be Maharshi Valmiki's hunting ground) - Near Chntamani
This hill near Dibburahalli on the way from Chintamani to Bagepalli is believed to be the hunting ground for Valmiki during his early days before he became a pious Rishi.
